I have always loved newborn sessions.. the excitement and pure joy the new parents feel is truly something so beautiful. Since becoming a mother myself, they are even more special to me. It's so funny how moms immediately have this quiet understanding and respect for each other. They both know what it feels to experience all of the amazing moments that lead to finally holding your baby in your arms, and what it feels to love someone more than you thought was possible.

Baby Ledion is a few months old now, but I wanted to share his newborn session on the blog. I loved this session so much, Steve and Vandana might be the most easy-going set of new parents I have ever photographed, which always makes for such a smooth session and beautiful photos. I have photographed a lot of families, but watching parents with their new baby never gets old. So thankful to have been able to capture these memories for this beautiful little family!
